Refunds and Returns Procedure

We do not offer refunds on any products so please do chose carefully before checking out. In regards to any faulty items please contact us at royallashessydney@gmail.com with the order number to discuss further issues and options. You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order if you have damaged goods or shortages. Prior to using our products, please ensure you have read and understood the instructions on the product, website or contact us for more information to ensure the product is used correctly.

Training Refund

All our training courses require a deposit to hold your spot. Deposits are Non-refundable and Non-transferable to any service or date this includes change of mind. Deposits will be deducted in final price of service and/or training course.  In event that a course is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, credit will be issued. A refund will not be issued on any changes of mind. For more information on this policy, please contact us.

In Store Services

Our services require a deposit for full set appointments. Deposits are Non-refundable and Non-transferable to any service or date this includes change of mind. Deposits will be deducted in final price of service and/or training course. Bookings cannot be rescheduled nor cancelled 48hrs prior to appointment and will be subject to a cancellation fee if changes are made within the period. We do not allow multiple rescheduling, only once is allowed. Multiple cancellations will be subject to full payment prior to rebooking. We will give you time to overlook your service during your appointment, if any changes need to be made will be done with the time left of the appointment. Following the appointment, it is your responsibility to care for the extensions, proper aftercare instructions will be provided. A refund will not be issued on any changes of mind, dislikes or improper care of extensions following appointment. In rare case of infection and/or loss of extensions Royal lashes Sydney do not hold any responsibility for post appointment. If extensions need to be removed, it will be at your own expense.
